WHAT IS LAKECITY REBOOT?

LakeCity Reboot adopts the 3Rs of sustainability – Reduce, Reuse and Recycle – throughout its everyday operations. Our Reboot team assesses computers and related equipment to verify if they are salvageable. If the computer is reparable, our team will erase the machine’s hard drive and rebuild the system. If we are unable to give a computer a second life, it will be stripped down for parts and recycled.

Retail

Restored computers are sold at an affordable price and typically include:

• Windows 10 (or Linux distribution by customer request)

• At least 4GB of RAM

• At least 80GB of storage

• Peripheral devices for desktops

Donations

To make a donation please schedule a drop-off date and time by contacting us and include the following information:

• Preferred date and time

• Size of the donation (number of computers, keyboards, etc.)

• Computer processor details (manufacturer, series, generation, etc.)
